hello everyone, this time I will tell you about my activities on April 29, 2022, I and my friends listened to directions from seniors, and our seniors told us that we will only prepare all the materials that will be used tomorrow because in that practice week we got an event namely the event of preparing food for the principal of a vocational school. On that day we were also divided into a menu consisting of an appetizer, main course, and dessert, and my group got the appetizer menu, namely tofu getjrot, red bean soup, and an additional Hawaiian chicken salad menu. so after we know what menu we are going to make, we check the stock of ingredients and if the stock of the material runs out or is lacking, we immediately notify the lecturer. and on that day we took ingredients that could be worked on first and stored in a closed container, we also did the towing process because in red bean soup we needed chicken stock and chicken breast for the hawaian chicken salad, after that we took shallot, ginger, garlic and carrot , red beans, potatoes and we divided the tasks, someone peeled onions, sliced onions
there are also those who cut vegetables into a dice shape. after everything is done to prepare we clean the work area
