hello everyone, this time I will tell you about the practical activity this time our group got the dessert section, namely brioche and baked custard but I helped my friend do the brioche which was the first time he did preparing the dough starter from brioche, after that it was rested for 1 night after that to The next day the dough is shaped and put into the mold, then profed for 1 and a half hours and after that the dough is given egg wash and sugar as a topping. Now, after all the dough is finished, the dough is baked for 25 minutes, then the brioche is removed from the mold and the brioche can be served with unsalted butter.
