The first Hawaiian I did a chicken boil after while waiting for the chicken to cook, my friend and I took a mixer to make sauce using creamcheese. Then I cut the toasted bread and bake until dry , and then canned pineapple and mix it into a bowl. then as usual in plating and served
Next we make red bean soup as I have told in the previous blog, which is to prepare the ingredients, so the vegetables are blanched first then cook the chicken stock, then add red beans and vegetables such as carrots and potatoes, then add herbs and spices. into the red bean soup, wait until all the stuffing of the soup is cooked, then place it in a container and plate it.
Then there is the last menu, which is tofu, getjrot is very easy to do, we only need tofu and sauce for tofu gejrot. for the manufacture, the tofu is fried first, after that we make the sauce, namely cayenne pepper, brown sugar, bring red, and tamarind so the ingredients are pureed first and brown sugar, tamarind is melted. after everything has been prepared. Tofu is then mixed with the sauce that has been pulverized evenly.
